"Bianca "Umii" Anthony is a returning-generation farmer, herbalist, and mindfulness practitioner dedicated to reconnecting BIPOC communities with holistic traditions. Umii grows medicinal herbs, crafts plant medicine, and cultivates vitality through herbalism workshops and mindfulness healing sessions. Rooted in community, her mission is to help others grow, heal, and reclaim their connection to the land. The Seed of Life Farm is a sanctuary on seven acres of ancestral land in Bertie County, North Carolina. Umii is proud to steward the same land her great-grandparents purchased in the 1950’s, and has been working with her family to revitalize it since 2023.
